Yes.
eProp313 will provide Form 58 to all agents in accordance with Malaysian tax regulations.
When will I receive my commission?
The timing of your commission depends on the developer’s payment schedule. Please refer to each project summary for detailed payment timelines.
For most projects:
Commission is transferred within three (3) working days after payment is received from the developer.
For selected exclusive projects or special campaigns:
Full commission may be released within three (3) working days after SPA signing.

Does eProp313 take any fees when I close a deal?
Yes.
A 5% transaction fee will be applied to your total commission for each completed transaction.
Can I earn from my network’s deals?
Yes.
eProp313 offers a 1-tier overriding program.
You will earn an overriding commission of 5% from the commission of each case closed by partners you directly refer.
Important:
Only one tier applies. If your referred partner refers another agent, you will not earn overriding from the second-level agent.
Example:
If your referred partner earns 5% commission on a deal, you receive 5% of that 5% commission.
Do I need to leave my current agency to join?
No.
There is no need to leave your current agency.
eProp313 works alongside agents from different agencies and does not interfere with your existing agency relationship.
Is there any joining fee?
Yes.
An annual early bird joining fee of RM100 applies.
